Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on U.S. retail orders over $65. This threshold and any promotional shipping offers are subject to change.

Storage and Handling After Delivery

Our products are shelf-stable and should be stored at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and heat. No refrigeration is needed. Because our products contain chocolate and heat-sensitive ingredients, we recommend bringing your order indoors promptly after delivery, especially during warm weather. Please see our Refund and Return Policy regarding heat and melt damage during transit.

Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss for all products pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier.

International Shipping

If we offer international shipping, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping charge. Delivery times for international orders may be longer due to customs processing.
