We want you to enjoy every jar. Because our products are perishable food items, our return policy is limited for safety and quality reasons. Please read the full details below.
Perishable Food Items
Our products are food intended for consumption. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or perishable products once they have been delivered. This is standard for food items and protects all of our customers.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@mooshusa.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue, including the product and packaging. We will evaluate the issue and make it right, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Heat and Melt Damage
Our products contain chocolate and other ingredients that are sensitive to heat. We do not cover heat or melt-related damage that occurs during transit, as temperature conditions during shipping are outside our control once the product leaves our facility. We recommend ordering with this in mind during warmer months and ensuring someone is available to bring your order indoors promptly after delivery.
How to Request a Return or Report an Issue
To start a return or report a problem, contact us at info@mooshusa.com with your order details. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Approved returns should be sent to:

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods such as food, custom or personalized products, sale items, and gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to report the issue with the item you received and, once approved, place a separate order for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, to the extent required by applicable law. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging, and you will need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that perishable food items may be exempt from this right under applicable consumer protection law once opened or where return would compromise health or hygiene.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it ships at no penalty. Contact us as soon as possible at info@mooshusa.com. If your order has already shipped, we are unable to cancel it, but you may follow the process above for any eligible issue.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return or reviewed your reported issue, and we will let you know whether a refund was approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take additional time for your bank or payment card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you have not received it, please contact us at info@mooshusa.com.
