Our story

We Brought Dubai Chocolate to America.

The original Dubai chocolate filling. And the best-tasting in America.

America's First Dubai Chocolate Seller

The original Dubai chocolate filling.

Dubai chocolate was a phenomenon on the other side of the world before it was a product here. Moosh was the first company in the United States to sell Dubai chocolate, bringing the product to American consumers while most of the country had only seen it online.

The First Brand to Sell Dubai Chocolate Filling by the Jar

The part people kept coming back for was inside. Roasted pistachio cream, crisp toasted kataifi, and the texture that made Dubai chocolate instantly recognizable. Moosh took that filling out of the bar and put it in a jar, and created a product category that did not previously exist.

The first jars were not named after the trend. They were called what the product is: Kataifi & Pistachio Spread. Naming it Dubai anything would have tied a permanent product to a passing moment, and the jar was never meant to be a souvenir of one.

The label became Dubai Chocolate Filling in early 2026, and the recipe did not change. A shopper who has never heard of kataifi cannot tell what is inside a jar named for it. Same jar, clearer label.

Named for the ingredients, not the trend. The staple was always the plan.

The First to Bring Dubai Chocolate to the American Mass Market

Viral products usually stay scarce. Moosh did the opposite: consistent batches, standardized sizes, real supply, available nationwide. What had been a novelty you waited weeks for became something you could simply order.

From America's First Dubai Chocolate Seller to Its Largest

Moosh did not just introduce the category. At its peak it became the largest seller of Dubai chocolate in the United States, shipping to homes, cafés, bakeries and dessert shops across the country.

What comes next

Dubai chocolate was just the beginning.

Moosh started with the bar, turned the filling into its own product, and now the goal is bigger: make pistachio and kataifi a permanent part of the American pantry.

Not something people buy because TikTok told them to. Something they keep in the cabinet because they actually use it: on fruit, in coffee, over ice cream, in pastries, at breakfast, or straight from the jar.

The trend introduced it. Moosh is building what comes after.
