Products and pricing
We work to display our products and pricing accurately. Colors, packaging, and labeling may vary slightly. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time before an order is placed. We reserve the right to limit quantities, correct errors, and refuse or cancel orders, including after an order has been submitted.
Orders and payment
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted when we send a confirmation or ship the item. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the total, including taxes and shipping. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and issue a refund.
Food product notice and allergens
Our products are food intended for consumption. They contain pistachios (tree nuts) and wheat/gluten (from kataifi), and may contain milk and traces of other allergens, as they are produced in facilities that handle these ingredients. Always read the label before consuming. If you have a food allergy or medical condition, consult the ingredient and allergen information on each product and your physician.
Shipping and returns
Shipping timelines and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Because our products are perishable food, returns are handled as described in our Return & Refund Policy.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — including the Moosh name, logo, text, images, and design — is owned by Moosh or its licensors and may not be used without our written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access it in unauthorized ways, infringe our rights, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moosh is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products.
